What types of bikes do you repair?

All types of bikes — road, mountain, hybrid, folding, and kids bikes. I carry parts for most common repairs and can source specialist parts if needed.

Do you repair electric bikes?

I can carry out mechanical repairs on electric bikes — brakes, gears, tyres and so on. I don't work on the electrical systems or motors themselves.

What areas do you cover?

I cover Kingston, Surbiton, Esher, Chessington, Tolworth, Teddington, Twickenham, Long Ditton and all points in between. If you're not sure whether I cover your area, get in touch and I'll let you know.

Do you need to take my bike away?

Accepted Answer

No — I come to you with a fully equipped mobile workshop and carry out all repairs on-site at your home or workplace. Most jobs are completed in a single visit.

How much does a basic service cost?

Accepted Answer

A basic service starts from £50 and includes a full safety assessment, brakes and gears tuned, and chain re-lubed. Cables and brake pads are replaced at additional cost. Kids bikes from £35.

How much does a puncture repair cost?

Accepted Answer

Puncture repairs start from £15, with the cost of any replacement inner tube on top of that. I can also replace tyres.

Can you do urgent or same-day repairs?

I'll always try to help with urgent requests — contact me directly and I'll do my best. That said, I can't guarantee same-day availability, so it's worth getting in touch as early as possible.

Do you offer corporate servicing?

Yes — I can come to your workplace and service employee bikes on-site during the working day. There's a fixed labour fee for a full or half day, with parts charged extra. This works well for companies with a Cycle to Work scheme.
